We wanted to create a restaurant in my locality that my friends and I would love to eat in and so
Bistro Sola was created. We opened the doors in November 2008 for a number of reasons one
being a great passion for food, wine and a good time also the belief that it should not cost the
earth. We have created a restaurant that is fresh friendly and informal. Our food is produced
locally and comes from the field to the table as quick we can possibly get it. Everything we can
cook, bake and make here we do, to ensure that you get the best experience we can deliver.
